He's had a great results and has been lucky and it's been a while since we've been able to say either of those things about a manager.
United have tried the super manager approach and it hasn't worked. Ole does seem to be getting the best out of the players so far, with improvements all over the pitch bar Sanchez.
It is also far from a given that Poch would be a success.
The squad is still not good enough though, and the question will be who gets their way on transfers given we seem to have heard nothing about the mooted director of football for ages.
TLDR - Ole good, Glazers/Dick'Ed Woodward still bad. Jury out, but fun for now.
