I need someone with experience of dealing with mental health issues in particular in the context issues around what I am now told is called 'mate crime'  (i.e. exploitation of vulnerable people) and failures of care by a local authority provider.

(Some) cash is available to pay fees so it won't be legal aid.

Any ideas?  FAOD this is not for me!
