Well, that's weird.
The effort to make it Bond-esque, with strings, etc, is very well done. Like "You Know My name" wasn't pure Cornell, we've got a funny mix here between trad Eilish and the requirements of making it a film score.
Bit low energy for a Bond theme.
Overall: sorry, not sold. It might grow on me. Think it falls short of being either a great Billie Eilish song, or a great Bond theme. It's in the unhappy middle.

(actually I see that it's got a "name" producer on it as well as her brother which I don't think she's done before; I suspect that's what gives shooty his view neither one / other)
