I HAVE RACKED MY BRAIN AND IT’S THE ONLY EXPLANATION THAT MAKES SENSE: I PUT THE RIBEYE IN AN OVEN DISH AND PUT IT ON THE TOP SHELF OF THE OVEN AT 210 DEGREES FOR HALF AN HOUR… AND YET IT WAS BURNT!!
