More hehs

And we thought it would be boring without parliament to watch. From the BBC

Boris Johnson will not make an election pact with Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage, Downing Street has said.

Mr Farage said his party and the Conservatives should make a deal and "together we would be unstoppable".

Two newspaper adverts set out his offer to help "secure a big Brexit majority" and to "destroy Corbyn's Labour".

But a senior Conservative source said Mr Farage was "not a fit and proper person" and "should never be allowed anywhere near government".

Mr Farage tweeted the remarks "look like comments from deep inside the bunker", adding: "I do not want a job in government. I just want to put country before party and deliver a clean break Brexit."

"Clean Break Brexit". You have to hand it to these lot, they have always been much better at marketing than Remain.

Yep agreed

more total fucking lies that people will believe

as if there will ever be a 'clean break' FFS

It was the remoaners that first brought in the divorce proceedings analogy asking us to continue paying alimony and child support

They need to get rid of this twat Cummins, he's dangerous.

It's clear the Tories now have no option but to go for a clean break Brexit and they need Nigel more than he needs them.

Bunker mentality describes it.

Despicable bunch of people that Johnson has surrounded himself with.

But a senior Conservative source said Mr Farage was "not a fit and proper person" and "should never be allowed anywhere near government".

Well, yeeeesssss, but the same is true of most of the Tories. There is basically no difference between Farage and the Brextremists in the Tory party, except that Farage is more famous.

It's clear the Tories now have no option but to go for a clean break Brexit and they need Nigel more than he needs them.

It's not a clean break Brexit, it's an unholy fucking mess Brexit.

"not a fit and proper person" is presumably a reference (whatever we may think of BoJo) to Farage's reliance on money from (via?) Arron Banks?

I thought the recent Italian scandal - Putin cronies recorded talking about funnelling tens of millions of dollars of Russian money to an Italian far-right party via one-sided deals with Italian businesses - was interesting.
