Our lodger is leaving after two years so we have a room available:

• Large double room on 2nd floor in a family home, with adjacent bathroom
• Available from 1st July
• Shared use of lounge, kitchen and dining room and large garden
• Views over gardens, trees and playing field
• 13 minute walk to either Woodford or South Woodford tube stations on Central Line, or 5 minute bus ride
• 35 minutes to Liverpool Street station door-to-door (I work at a law firm close by)
• Monday – Friday only - all bedding and towels provided and changed weekly
• £500 per calendar month (based on 4 nights per week)
