King of Omelette Making

After today's lunch I think you all need to refer to me in this way.  Or "your majesty" works too.

What’s the French way?! I popped the eggs in, folded it in on itself until almost cooked then loaded the center with filling and wrapped it up like a fajita.  Was well good.

That maybe why your skin’s knackered Judy. Starving yourself means you’re missing out on or at least not getting sufficient nutrients. That’s not a proper lunch. 

The French way is whisk the eggs until they are very smooth with no lumpy bits of white, slow fry in butter with a touch of salt. Don’t let it get any colour and fold it in the shape of a convex lens with pointy ends

Well yeah that’s what we professionals like to call ‘making an omelette’ heh.

I did the foldy bit at the end so I could Parmesan the outside for its salty goodness.
