It’s like they’re a proper budget airline these days. T5 lounge rancid and packed. Everywhere utterly shambolic. Air travel generally is dog dirt isn’t it
The crew are super chavvy and only care about their stop over and how drunk they’ll get. As I’ve mentioned before my ex was a captain for BA and flew long haul and I know all the going’s on, the staff are miserable.
I think their change in approach to giving out silver/gold will partly deal with the lounge issue. Alternatively their first / concorde lounges are generally better.
But otherwise i prefer the staff / enthusiasms of easyjet to BA
100 agree that easyJet are better

T5 B gates lounge is usually ok but last time I was at the A gates I just went to Wagas instead of bothering with the Galleries lounges there. I do 🩷 the BOS lounge though.
Thanks to the exec club changes I’m flying KLM long haul tomoz and interested to see what that will be like.
