Heh. What happened to "a million plus"? Even the organisers admit it was lower.
I'm going for 300,000.

There was a proper analysis online based on density of the crowd, flow rates and times etc which made a convincing and reasoned case for 1m.

Dux, m8, the organisers did estimate a million plus for the 2019 People's vote. Independent experts said 300-400k. But seems to me impossible to meaningfully compare one march to another unless on exact same route.

one this is for sure- these things always seem bigger when you are in the middle of them,

I read an analysis that put the figure at being in the region of 650-750k. A lot of people say one million plus but I do like listening to experts.

Funny that the Countryside march was the only one where the estimates reflected reality.

Was the Countryside march really an estimate? That is an awfully precise figure. Did they just count heads when they all went for post march afternoon tea?

Countryside alliance was based on train tickets from Gloucestershire

I was nowhere near the back of the march and we didn't even get to parliament square until after 5. The speeches were scheduled for 2.30pm.
