Yes. I absolutely loved it. Hands down the easiest diet I have ever done because I’ve never liked breakfast anyway so aside from no snacking after dinner it was no effort/discipline at all.
I lost 9 kg in 3 months but then had to stop as I fell pregnant. Can’t wait to get back in to it but unfortunately it will have to wait until after I’ve finished breastfeeding.
Theres a really good Facebook page called don’t deny delay and the before and after pictures are amazing- for anti-ageing as much as weight loss.

I try to do it. It stopped me from gaining more weight, which in my case is a good thing and wasn't easy.

I like it. Much better on my insides/bowels. I usually don't eat till 12 or 1 and then afternoon snack and dinner at regular time.

yeah that was my goal (by coincidence yesterday I didn;t eat until about 4 and the evening was sweeeeet)
