Yes, more than one colleague

No, never
Quite a few times in my younger days. - always with somebody on a similar level though - always lawyers, once same team (short relationship - was awks)

Yes, more than one colleague
Two were colleagues but we were all bar staff in a pub so that sort of thing goes on all the time.
While in legal practice, I boned a receptionist at a former firm.
Yes, plenty, and pretty much all of those categories.
Yes x2. Same responsibility! don’t cancel me!
Yes:
- same level
- senior to me
- fitness instructor from the work gym
In law firms, yes twice whilst at the firm and twice going back for some unfinished business after I'd moved firms
Once was outside the team structure with the hottest woman in the office. She wanted to keep it a secret from everyone in the office which was a shame as I think it would've got me fast tracked to partnership if it became public that I pulled that off.
Second was with a paralegal in my team, I was a junior. She was also a lesbian (well bi I guess)
I think it would be pretty hard to find someone of our vintage who hadn't surely?!
Same level, senior to me (but only a bit and different team). PA, HR and BD obviously.
As per Tom

Well that was a pleasant trip down memory lane, Happy Friday!
Yes. One senior. One junior. Am a woman. It was consenting. Not coerced. It was great fun.
what donny said - i’d be more surprised if anyone said no
what else do you do as trainees? work?
And, more pertinently to the subject du jour, the biggest age/seniority difference you've been a part of/seen?
No but a few would have jumped at chance had they not been married and they knew that. I am sure we are all aware here of the frisson of power dynamics.
When I was a trainee one of the other trainees married a partner. He was easily 15 and probably 20 years older than her. I think it worked out. Never seen anything of a quite a schofield magnitude (mainly I suspect just because partners tend to retire earlier than telly folk).
1. Colleague sex: Obviously yes
How many? Two from memory but it was a while ago tbf
2. Always senior, both in my early twenties:one 11 years old and director level ( She got me my 1st job out of Uni and is now godmother to one of my kids) . That came “out” when I crashed her co car ( no issues tho, French company in the 90s 🤷🏻♂️) the other was a supervisor and in long term relationship so all on the sly.
Still in touch as m8s with both and yes Mrs A aware
No young Asti was harmed in the making of that historic sexing , the 90s were great TBH
11years older* jeez
Yes a few times at a similar level. Never more junior.
One significantly senior. 20+ years. Would not class it as entirely consensual by modern standards, but as noted, the 90s were a very different place.
Never. Viperess is really firmly against the whole concept.
No never. I got married young (before I landed my training contract) and am not the cheating type, so that’s that.
An instructing solicitor's clerk counts, sort of, I guess. We had a jury that was out so decided to go out ourselves.
A few drinks, wine with dinner, post dinner drinks. One thing led to another.
Really regretted it at Court the next morning but she was bang tidy and age appropriate so it wasn't like I took a 21 year old law student on the piss.
Probably wouldn't do the same thing again.
Oh jees - that just reminded me that I went out with a 19 year old 2nd year law student when I was early 30s and in practice. She had been shadowing me all week and we made a Friday night of it. But it didn't end in sechs.
I've just Googled her and she's qualified now so at least she got something good out of it.
Heh @ 11 yrs old
+ heh for 11 years old
where was Asti working that they had 11 yr old directors? Kidzania?
Am married to my last office relationship. Before that, a couple of same-level relationships and the normal amount of trainee on trainee / trainee on vac student action.
Nope.
Nope, never. Had a mahoosive crush on a boss a long time ago, though, but alas it was just that.
Jim, you ever shagged a client?
No. Never. Reading everyone’s replies makes me question what is wrong with me tbh.
nope
makes things messy
Jelly - nope. Scared the shit out of a young lady who grabbed my arse while I was dealing with an incident one Saturday night. Gave her a severe bollocking and threatened her with arrest for sexual assault (to my eternal shame). I was having a bad night.
Closest I’ve ever got.
Yes obvs, they have always been senior to me
My last CIO made it clear he wanted to whilst I worked there but only did the deed once I left
Libraries seem to be full of it, if the internet is to be believed.
Shhhh!
soz could not resist
No. But there's one chap I'd happily have done sixty ways to Sunday if he'd have had me.
obvs
a multi-year affair with a secretary while I was married to wife #2
then met the woman who is wife #3 and everything was very messy for a while
Just for a while? 🤔
