I'm getting a few more than usual these days. Phone call tip-offs from estate agents mainly. Not that I'm going to move, just restore and flip opportunities. They keep databases of people who have done it before

I don't really do so much of that anymore. I did a few after the 2008 crash, distressed  sales. I hope we don't go there again. Bad times.
