I'm dealing with one at the moment who is young and inexperienced but insists on phoning and leaving a message and then following up with an e-mail every other day. I've told her we're making progress and I'll let her know once we're ready to exchange to which her answer was "when will that be?"
It's actually worse than dealing with house chinnies.

It's understandable when rates keep going up every month and deals keep getting pulled.
Ebitda, if you'd used their independent broker you would have been offered a rate 4% lower than those available now and you would have been able to actually purchase that new build flat you wanted.

@ amithesucker, first point their broker is not independent, it’s their sister company. Second point I completed and bought the flat nearly circa three months ago.
