I just realized that I have tickets to see Fiddler on the Roof the night of the finals. Never been a big Eurovision follower anyway.

I'm totally watching. Can't wait to see Iceland's entry.

The UK song is just generic blandness. Like eating plain cooked pasta. No sauce, no meat, no spices. Yuck. I quite like his voice tho, and he'll score points with that, but it's a bit of a shame that you've sent him away with a really sh1t song.

Am seeing it this Saturday, Badman. Got tickets before I realized that it's Eurovision night--not that I would have changed plans anyway.

the UK's song is terrible as usual (although I can remember the chorus of it) but I was surprised by the utter shite on offer last night. Terrible songs and even the half-decent ones (e.g. Czech Republic) were really badly performed.

Thursday has NL, Russia, Italy, Switzerland. Lots of good stuff.

I quite like the happy-clappy song from Spain. Italy is cool as well. Do not like Iceland because it's just another gimmicky act.

I can confirm that Fiddler on the Roof is very good. Badders got tickets as a surprise and it was fantastic.
