My bicycle handling skills have improved a lot of late so I do think that I could make a reasonably good job of working as a pizza delivery person.

Yes and I intend to exploit them in the medium term future when I pivot to becoming a school bus driver who also mows lawns for people.
Do you park in their garden or do they bring their grass to the bus?
Mower deck slung under the bus so just drive into their garden.
