Because I am 'clinically obese'

I have got 12 weeks Slimming World on the NHS

Just signed up and when you do you have access to the Members only shop where you can get the stuff that is always out of stock on the Iceland website.

Lets see who this all goes

Well done Abs. This is excellent news. V positive stuff.

the stuff that is always out of stock on the Iceland website

What would that be?

Well done for taking action! Consistency and patience now!

you know you have to take that over a year and you shouldn't take it all.....

...... too late

With luck and some application, you'll soon be able to dispense with your cpap machine!

that would be nice, though I had a skinny lover who had apneo  he had a narrow airway and I made him go to the Dr, he used to hold his breath for 30 secs  it was scary

Abs - are you planning to add exercise into the mix?

I am slightly surprised Iceland is still a thing

Cru I am but I need to seak to my Cardiologist t see what I can do.

I have a form of Cardiomyopathy  that has causaed the lefdt top heart muscle to thicken considerablly, its been building up for years and now has become an issue  , its all in the genes and my famnily have shite genes

Abs, well done on trying to do something about your weight. I hope the NHS are paying for slimming world else don’t go.

please don’t buy their meals, or their god awful sugar filled bars. It will make you reliant on them whereas is you learn to cook and eat with proper food it is much cheaper and more sustainable in the long term.

have you learnt what a Star week is yet?

Pheebs I was a chef in a past life you know,  I know how to cook and will cook on weekends but in the week. I will do the ready meals, but when I cook on a wekend I will try and cook enough for the week

I have only just signed up not had all the bumpf yet

Hopefully soon u will be able to do away with the bed and sleep in the long case clock

It’s not about being able to cook, it is being able to do it healthily and in a sustainable way, which despite being a chef you clearly have not been doing

Also, I thought you didn’t have a freezer due to the clock/fish tank situation?

I dont have a freezer, so I but the meals and keep them in the fridge.

Pheebs I am a lazy fvcker and cooking for one is a drag in the normal working week especially when you get home at 8 pm  and during lockdown I just couldnt be bothered.

and feck off Wangwink

Phebs I have been abusing this body for 57 years it is a wonder I am still alivelaugh

Best of luck abbs.

Quinoa with some fruit in it. Fills you up but no cals

Those cardboard noodles, likewise.

Tuna steaks in olive oil and lemon juice, no sauce.

Spinach

All fucking boring obviously but a few weeks of that and I reckon you’d lose plenty. Minimal cooking required.

Thanks cookie hun,  but you know what I think of Quinoalaugh

What cardboard noodels?

I like tuna  and have plentys of that

I watched a silly diet programme the other evening, and they tried a crash diet where you eat only pineapple every other day.

she lost 8lbs in a week, and was probably only in the overweight category to begin with.

If you want to win slimmer of the week one week, maybe give that a try

wow 8lbs in a week, did she have to keep eating pinelapple every oither day to keep it off?

heh  I was just thinking that tpp  , you durty birdy

Good luck Abbs! Let us know how it goes. I’m a few BMI points lower but I could still shift a few stones pounds

Thank Laz  I will keep you posted I may even post something on Facebook, ( but dont hold your breath,as you know I dont share my live in there I do it herelaugh)

"please don’t buy their meals, or their god awful sugar filled bars. It will make you reliant on them whereas is you learn to cook and eat with proper food it is much cheaper and more sustainable in the long term."

agree with this but to kick start a few weeks of the ready meals to break bad habits is probably a good idea.

the sexy pineapple diet is a crash diet, it isn't about keeping weight off. it is about unhealthily finding a way to fit in your speedos, and then putting it all back on whilst on the holiday

'to fit in your speedos'

Lordy Pheebs the thought of this body in speedos has brought up a little sick
