Banning hands-free phones in cars

So a Select Committee says this should be "considered" based on a 2016 Sussex University involving 20 men and 40 women and a stopwatch.  Seriously.

Why not "consider" banning small children from cars - they are WAYYYYYY more distracting than a hands-free mobile.

As if there aren't better things to be fucking doing.  Jesus.

Also literally almost every person has a mobile and hands free kits are installed in cars.  We have cut down rozzers to the point where they don't even go to burglaries anymore.  Good luck enforcing this if anyone thinks it is even mildly a go-er.
