True, right shame for Bournemouth.
Means that Palace and Arsenal can play a pretty tame match on Sunday as both need to keep their squads fit for their respective European finals later that week.
I was rooting for a Bournemouth win and a possible Champions League spot. Would have been some story.

A few near misses though esp a couple of seasons ago.
When they played really well then Saliba got injured for the run in. Free flowing attacking football.
This one really has been winning ugly in a Jose Mourinho style that would have made Brad Gilbert proud
2008, 2010 and 2011 were all notable near misses too.
Glad to finally see them get over the line, I remember going to see Kill Bill v2 the day they last clinched a title and that feels like aeons ago
What's especially nuts is that the last one was the Invincibles season when it looked like a very rosy future. Then Chelsea's money talked. Not least to Ashley Cole.
Arteta will last as long as Wenger?
Arteta and his squad of cheats ‘win’ title. What a joke. Fouled goalkeeper and defenders almost every time they got a corner. And screaming at the ref all the time one of their players lost the ball or was tackled. Won’t bother with the rancid Premiership. Real football played in the lower leagues anyway.
It's not been a great spectacle. 80% of the Arsenal games have been dire.
It's too risk-averse. The system is built on not conceding possession so no one wants to take a chance with a dribble or even a long ball. Gyokeres has scored more when they have played faster and looser.
I also would love it, love it (Keegan shout) if they clamped down on all the simulation, cheating, dissent, grappling etc.
