Just got round to watching this

While in substance I agree entirely with Johnson, I actually thought it came off as too much of a personal attack. Two old dogs fighting an old internal party war. I’m on Team Alan every time ofc.

What laz said, fun to watch though

i sat next to Lansman on a plane once, I had no idea who he was but he gave off a massive vibe of do-you-know-who-I-am-ness

There were some A level politics students on the plane who came up to say hello and he was insufferably smug

Jon Lansman has made a life’s work out of being an impractical, idealistic revolutionary calling for a Leninist wrecking of existing society so that something better could emerge from the ashes.

He has done this in a country which is by world standards very democratic, very prosperous and very egalitarian - not to mention well-administered (although it could of course be better).

Alan Johnson is a former postie who wanted to actually make things better.  He thinks this election was an opportunity to do that and that Lansman and Momentum f*cked it up with their revolutionary posturing. No wonder he hates Lansman.
