Subject: Umbrellas

 
What with all the rain I need to make you aware that we are no longer providing umbrellas to staff at reception.  From now on you will need to arm yourselves with your own umbrellas . . . . or the Jones Day ones you already have.

In the past six months we have got through an alarming number of umbrellas and this has made the policy change necessary.  

If a client needs an umbrella please go with them and ask at reception.
