Cameron McKenna Vac Scheme Assessment Centre

Bitter_Sweet	Posted - 08 February 2010 21:10 Hi! Does anyone know what the Cameron McKenna vacation scheme assessment day is like? I realise that I have to do a presentation and an analysis exercise: - Is the presentation in front of the other candidates or just HR/graduate recruitment team? - Is the analysis exercise based on a commercial scenario? - If anyone has been successful, are there any tips you could provide on what type of candidate the firm is looking for? Thanks for any help - much appreciated.
Eddie Monkton	Posted - 09 February 2010 12:44 Report as offensive Hey! I didn't go to a vac scheme assessment day but did a TC one! 1. The presentation was only in front of one person - usually a member of HR, if ur unlucky an associate 2. The analysis exercise is on a commercial scenario - think M&A 3. The firm do not have a 'type' - you will realise this as soon as you start talking to the other candidates. Don't worry too much about the day, the firm are known to be the 'friendly' firm of the city, and although they don't like this it is very true! Good luck!

I was offered one on a date that was impossible for me, have emailed them but they haven't got back to me - I'm hoping they will have more dates available as it's so early in the year but a bit concerned at the lack of contact.
