Dump Duncan Lewis campaign exposed!

Last week RollOnFriday asked why posters with the slogan "Dump Duncan Lewis"
were appearing all round London
. And numerous readers have written in to reveal that it is all part of a campaign being waged by the London Coalition Against Povery on behalf, apparently, of dissatisfied clients of the firm.
The Dump Duncan Lewis campaign claims that it is trying to warn people of poor service they have received from Duncan Lewis, and to highlight that the pittance paid by the government for legal aid means that they have little choice about where to go for advice. Their website
http://dumpduncanlewis.wordpress.com/
features numerous complaints, apparently from the firm's clients, as well as pictures of a recent protest. The demonstration took place outside Duncan Lewis's offices and featured a mock trial with the firm in the dock. Needless to say the verdict was guilty.
The verdict on Duncan Lewis
A spokesman for Duncan Lewis told RollOnFriday that as the firm handled more than 20,000 cases a year there would inevitably be some complaints, and every effort was made to resolve them. He added that the London Coalition Against Poverty only started this campaign after the Legal Services Comission published data showing that the firm was the biggest single provider of civil legal aid.
