A South African man has been found guilty of exhibitionism for prancing naked under the Eiffel Tower with a live cockerel tied to his penis.

Last September artist Steven Cohen shuffled onto a busy public square in Paris wearing feathers on his fingers, a stuffed pheasant on his head and a rooster attached to his member by a red ribbon. Cohen then 'walked' the cock up and down in front of tourists and jigged for ten minutes, before being arrested by police.

"A triumph" - all the critics

Cohen told the court that despite dancing about with his dick out while dressed as a chicken, no-one complained, including a group of passing nuns. Which appears to have almost convinced the court. Although Cohen was found guilty of sexual exhibitionism, he escaped the €1000 fine being sought by prosecutors.

After the verdict, Cohen said "I think the victim is art". He said that the rooster, despite being manhandled by gendarmes during his arrest, was now living "a totally happy life in Normandy", possibly because it was no longer being dragged though Paris on a clown's bell-end.
