Large numbers of staff at Hill Dickinson and Berwin Leighton Paisner have volunteered for redundancy.

Insiders say that 60 people have volunteered for redundancy at Hill Dickinson's Liverpool office. All have apparently been accepted, and most of them will have their last day in the office today. I know for a fact that they were oversubscribed and that some very talented people volunteered who clearly saw a brighter future away from BLP. Some were not selected and so will resign....

As someone who took voluntary redundancy from them, I can confirm that this is precisely the case.
