Exclusive: top Stephenson Harwood partner vanishes

Mystery surrounds the sudden departure of Richard Pearson, head of Stephenson Harwood's Paris office.

Pearson set up the firm's Paris office back in 2001, and had been running it ever since. Just a few months ago he was quoted in the firm's press releases about bagging a star new associate for the office, and then - nothing. He has disappeared, his profile removed from the website, and there's no mention anywhere of what has become of him.

    Where's Richard?

A spokeswoman for the firm said that "we can confirm that Richard Pearson has left the firm" but refused to elaborate on the circumstances of his departure. Click here if you know more.
