Pele told me that John Wark was a bit of khunt on that movie - thought he was the big star, monopolised the bisuits at the catering truck, wanted his own trailer, that sort of thing. In the end Sly took him round the back of the toilet block to have a word. Warky told Sly that Rocky was only a film and Sly was nothing so Sly dropped him but after that it got nasty. Wark left the biccies alone after that but apparently he went in hard on his own goalie on all the high balls.

That team was full of Tractor boys. Ipswich Town basically won the war. We would have done it sooner if it wasn't for having Stallone in goal.

My understanding is that the norwich city team stayed at home to knit blankets for the women's auxiliary balloon corps.

That was my recollection too. The Reds are always rewriting history. Everybody knows it was the magnificent boys in blue that secured victory.

The BBC said it was Liverpool. Liverpool also won every election since Bill Shankley lead the party and Jurgen Klopp is on the verge of finding a cure for death and Alan Hansen has risen from the dead.
