It depends

We take in guests who have no reviews but vet them first. So long as they're not dodgy motherfuckers...

I guess everyone has to get their first booking some how to then get a review.

Other option is to use one of the fully managed alternatives who will have lots of reviews in relation to other properties they also manage.
