If that is all of your lunch then clearly not.

That's not a big lunch. So as long as this doesn't make you grab snacks or biscuits in the afternoon I don't see what's wrong with it.

I haven't clicked on it but am guessing it's about 1 calorie and made almost entirely of helium.

there's a wagon-load of salt in it.

And I think these might actually be healthier...

I am just wondering whether it counts towards 5 a day and whether it would count as 1 or 2 of 5. I wish that Darce were my cook.

1/5th of RI in salt for lunch is not so bad as long as you're not also snacking on crisps later in the day.

There's no such thing as "unhealthy" foods, as long as you eat everything in moderation, get enough water, fruit and vegetables and do some exercise. Muttering on about this sh1t is a serious first world problem that needs to be stopped. Eat what you enjoy, move about a lot, find something else to focus on.

Bit harsh Bentines. Judo only has helium for lunch to balance the high calorie argon snacks consumed during the afternoon.

That's ok - he would stay very much in the kitchen. That would be his domain. I'd stay out of it.

- no decent parking space for his SUV in Notting Hill,
- BEXIT
-the lack of proper gyms nearby
- women being generally unfit for anything, in particular running a household

etc. You would love it....

This has all the makings of a weak BBC2/Ch4 sitcom doesn't it
"Judy and her gay household"

this week, Judy brings home a nice man who is unaware of her domestic arrangements, meanwhile, Darcy the chef is furious when someone ruffles his begonias, and Abbs the butler is under the impression that the plumber is a gay porn star looking for a location shot. Hilarity ensues. (Probably)
