Not sure where the artistry is in replicating the same disgusting sandwiches time and time again.

Maybe they want you to do something hi/concept or cubist? Meatballs and pre-"shredded" splattered on the floor instead of in the vile smelling bread - it's the abstract expressionist version of a meatball sub.

and at £119 for a 35 hour week it means the troublesome minimum wage can be avoided - it works out to £3.40 per hour - what a liberty

Same idea as the McDonalds University in Chicago, though they tend to teach them a bit more than just how to flip burgers. They are looking for future area or regional managers, who can earn a fair amount of money.
