Martin Thomas, Dundas & Wilson's Head of Litigation has just resigned. Apparently it follows a series of very public rows with the firm's management.
Also leaving the firm is John Pike, one of the firm's star banking partners. He only joined from Stephenson Harwood - where he had been Chief Executive - earlier this year, when his arrival was greeted with
much fanfare.
It's all extremely embarrassing.
