Another week starts with a trainee retention bang, as more and more firms continue to release figures which are - generally - quite good.

Well done Charles Russell, which is keeping on 18 of its 19 trainees. That's a terrific 95%.

A little less impressive is Nabarro, which is keeping nine out of 13. That's 69%.
