Mallesons: a clerkship paradise, claims video rap

Two
Mallesons
clerks have posted a
music video
to YouTube where they rap about their experience of the GFC.
Set to the Coolio anthem Gangsta's Paradise, the duo Nicky-Z and M.C. Drizzle sing about their relaxed summer at Mallesons. Apparently they've
"been spending most our lives, lookin' over FirmPrecs and Quick Guides
". Catchy. The rest of the video shows them frotting a shiny new Ferrari and praying for job offers.

And it seems their prayers were answered. A spokeswoman for the firm told RollOnFriday that the clips of this nature are "
a bit of a tradition amongst our clerks
". And while the clip is probably evidence of why lawyers should stick to lawyering and leave music videos to the professionals, both clerks "
did an excellent job during their stint at Mallesons and have both received offers
".
She also confirmed that the Ferrari doesn't belong to a Mallesons partner.
